Interactive In-App Tutorials

While employed with Decisiv, I created tutorials using Pendo to onboard users to our new systems. They would appear automatically when users first logged in, and users could click through the various steps to learn about the new system.

The tutorials allowed users to onboard themselves on their own time and greatly reduced the time needed from Customer Support.

While employed with Appian, I wrote a tutorial on creating web interfaces using the product’s expression language. The interface designer was still in development, and we needed to explain a complex user experience in simple step-by-step terms.

It was published to their customer-facing product documentation wiki.
